Validity varies by course, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the certification type and regulatory requirements. IntelliNorthHQ automatically tracks expiry dates and sends renewal reminders to both employees and administrators well before certificates expire.

Individual courses can be purchased separately from the catalogue. Companies can subscribe to IntelliNorthHQ starting at $4,500/year for up to 50 users (Bronze plan). Higher tiers are available for larger teams — Silver (up to 150 users, $9,000/year), Gold (up to 250 users, $13,500/year), and Platinum (up to 500 users, $18,000/year).
