Yes, certificates are automatically generated upon successful completion of each course. They are stored in your SafetyHQ profile and can be downloaded or shared at any time. Your employer can also access and verify your certificates through their admin dashboard.

Validity varies by course, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the certification type and regulatory requirements. SafetyHQ automatically tracks expiry dates and sends renewal reminders to both employees and administrators well before certificates expire.

Individual courses can be purchased separately from the catalogue. Companies can subscribe to SafetyHQ starting at $4,500/year for up to 50 users (Bronze plan). Higher tiers are available for larger teams — Silver (up to 150 users, $9,000/year), Gold (up to 250 users, $13,500/year), and Platinum (up to 500 users, $18,000/year).
